The Canning Vale Junior Football Club was recently awarded a Winter Sport grant from Healthway to improve the clubs health and safety resources in 2009.
Fund were provided to update and replace first aid kits, purchase a shade gazebo for carnivals and to purchase sunscreen and training bump-bags for our players.
The club has developed a healthy club policy aimed at ensuring a smoke free environment, nutritional food options in our canteens and up to date first aid training for our volunteers.
